Terms of Service

1. Agreement
These Terms govern your use of services provided by Operational Systems LLC, a Wisconsin limited liability company ("Operational Systems," "we," "us"). By subscribing to Frontline, PermitIQ, a Website Care Plan, or purchasing a website build, you agree to these Terms.
2. Services
Frontline is a 24/7 telephone answering and lead capture service. PermitIQ is a data service that compiles publicly available building permit records and delivers them with scoring and contact information. Website services are delivered per the tier purchased. Service descriptions on our website form part of these Terms.
3. Billing and Cancellation
Subscriptions bill monthly or annually in advance through Stripe. Your first 30 days are covered by a full money-back guarantee: request a refund for any reason within 30 days of first payment and we will issue it in full. After 30 days, subscriptions continue month-to-month and may be cancelled effective at the end of the current billing period by contacting us. We will not raise prices without 90 days written notice. Website builds require a 50% deposit; the deposit is non-refundable once design work has begun.
4. Your Responsibilities
You are responsible for the accuracy of the business information you provide, for configuring call forwarding to your Frontline number, and for how you contact leads delivered by PermitIQ. PermitIQ data is compiled from public records; compliance with the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA), state telemarketing laws, and do-not-call registries when contacting leads is solely your responsibility.
5. Call Recording
Frontline calls are recorded for lead capture and quality purposes. You are responsible for enabling the recording announcement where your state requires caller consent. Recordings are retained for 90 days and then deleted.
6. Data and Availability
PermitIQ depends on government portals we do not control; we do not guarantee that every permit filed in your territory will be captured or that owner contact information will be available for every lead. We target but do not guarantee continuous availability of Frontline; where a verified outage on our side causes missed calls, we may issue service credits at our discretion.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Operational Systems' total liability arising from the services is limited to the amounts you paid us in the three months preceding the claim. We are not liable for lost profits, lost leads, or consequential damages.
8. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wisconsin. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Dane County, Wisconsin.
